please guide me what to do im from nepal i went to the apple store here they said to contact apple support as im doing here this account is not mine its a youtubers someone locked the apple id please unlock it

You are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on these user forums, and you shouldn't post email addresses nor passwords on a public forum.
If you bought the iPad new you could try contacting iTunes Support online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
