Private browsing option disappeared

I recently updated my cell from an Iphone 6s to Iphone 8 plus. Everything works fine but my private browsing option is missing. I do have the screentime for my children and I do have websites restricted, but with my old cell it was working fine and now I am getting "google restricted" messages that probably my kid is getting. I don't even have a restriction tab, its all under the screen time option. Help!!!!
