Suspicious iphone app

I found a suspicious app on my iphone. When I went into settings for Screen Time to set the apps that are always allowed, I noticed the first app is called "2587BF7569944572A67C04C5BF9..."

When I search my apps on my phone to delete the app, I can't find it anywhere. It only shows up in the list of apps to choose to allow in my Screen Time settings. How can I delete this app?
