Microphone not working

after updating my iphone to ios 12 , the microphone is not working, i can’t call or receive calls , also i can’t connect my headphones but when i connect the usb charger is working, i read in some websites that the problem is commun in iphone 7 and 7s only on ios 12 and. I am not the only one who faced this issue .please if someone has a solution
