Email from apple

I received an email from apple stating i purchased music and the subscription is t be renewed. I have not purchased any music recently and I am a bit worried my Apple ID has been compromised. I do not know if it is a fake email to acquire credit information or an authentic email from apple. Can someone help me please?

potentially fake email claiming it's Apple and asking for payment Hi, I got a suspicious e-mail claiming it's from Apple but I think it's fake because a.) there's typos and incorrect punctuation throughout the message and b.) it's saying I signed up for an Apple Music subscription that I must pay for monthly but I have NEVER signed up for any such subscription. I have attached screenshots of the email so you can see. Any insights how I should go about handling this? Should I just ignore the email or can an Apple representative contact me?

thanks for the help....i emailed apple directly. As i believe someone was phishing to get my personal information.
