Activation Lock problem/Apple ID Disabled

My 7yo "genius" was playing with her mini Ipad then cried out Activation Lock. I tried to reset it, i reached to the area where I would have to enter the ID and password but then another problem came out -- Apple ID Disabled must reset password. Went in to reset password but then it was asking me to enter the phone number that was linked to it, what puzzling about it is Apple is not recognizing my phone number and this is the only phone number I have. Can some one help me?
