Unauthorized Purchase

While playing Bitlife, I accidentally tapped an ad and opted to buy no ads. Immediately, I waited for the cancel option, but the app froze so I double clicked the home button to restart the app. Unfortunately while doing so, it took my fingerprint to authorize the purchase. I tried to refund it through the report page, but it says it cannot be done despite the option “I did not mean to purchase this.” Is there anything I can do?
