Annoying "Tip" re: Do Not Disturb notifications when car is moving after unlocking iphone 8 12.0 iOS

I am an UBER/LYFT driver, so I NEVER want to activate the Do Not Disturb notifications when my car is moving.

This annoying "Tip" pops-up every single time that I unlock my phone.

How can I stop that "Tip" from harassing me 24-7?

But if you insist, set Do Not Disturb While Driving to Manual.

Trust me, everyone else on the road wants you to activate DNDwD when you car is moving. You're going to kill someone sooner or later because you're pharting around with your phone instead of paying attention to driving.
