Getting Frustrated!!

For some reason iTunes on my phone (iPhone 7s) is in the US store so anytime I try to get an app or anything it tells me I have to switch to the Canadian store but it doesn’t tell me

how to do that!! This has been going on for days! How do I get it back to the Canadian iTunes???
