I need to change iTunes Store frome Czech to Americane, in order to watch movie hollywood ending. But i don’t know how to do that, can someone help me please.( it’s on iPad)

It migth not be a good idea to change country unless you actually moved to that country.
To change country follow the steps in this guide:
Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
Contact Apple Support
If you can't complete any of the steps, can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.
