Changing ITunes Store

I am trying to make a purchase in ITunes but it says I have to change back to the Canadian store before it will allow the purchase. Everywhere I’ve read says you go into settings and manage the region there but it already says ‘Canada.’ Why is my ITunes Store US then?

You must have browsed the US store in the App Store app. Try logging out and back into the account in the app
