Billed for iTunes

I got $14.90 taken off my card today. Saying it’s an iTunes bill I would like a refund. And I no longer want to get billed.

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

and/or

Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Support
