Redeemed $25 gift card, but my balance only shows $13.95.

I redeemed a $25 iTunes card, and when it showed me my new balance, it said $13.95. What happened?

Wrong gift card balance I bought a $50 gift card and when I redeemed it, it was showing less than that amount. The amount is showing as $36.13 and I haven't even used it yet. How do I fix this? Why is this happening? Should one of the steps be to go to the store I bought it from and ask them?

$50 Gift Card redeemed for only $20! I just try to redeem a $50 gift card and it only redeemed for $20. Now shows just a $20 available balance in my account. Where is the other $30??

Sign in and out of your account and see if the balance updates. If the balance does not update, contact Apple Support. https://support.apple.com/itunes
