IPhone 7 plus error 4005 during IOS 12.1.2 update

I cannot use my phone now, it didn't come back to normal start after error 4005 appears during the IOS 12 update. it has apple logo and when I forced restart it will ask to connect to Itunes to update/restore and same thing will happen again and again, what will I do, I need my phone back to normal.

IPHONE 7 PLUS CANNOT RESTORE My phone apparently attempted an update last night and locked up. Tried the hard boot and still only seeing the Apple icon. Read to connect to computer and update through itunes. Said update could not be done it would have to be restore. Attempted the restore numerous times and it goes to last bit and stops with error 4005 unable to restore. Any advice what to do next?

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support
