error 4005 iPhone

iPhone 6 is telling me to connect to iTunes. I have but keep getting error 4005, I have restarted the phone and tried to restore again, but the PC downloads the update but then ALWAYS IS “waiting for iPhone”. The apple logo is on the phone now and a frozen Wheel (not spinning) soon it will say unable to restore phone.

should I give up or is there a fix for this?

IPhone 7 plus error 4005 during IOS 12.1.2 update I cannot use my phone now, it didn't come back to normal start after error 4005 appears during the IOS 12 update. it has apple logo and when I forced restart it will ask to connect to Itunes to update/restore and same thing will happen again and again, what will I do, I need my phone back to normal.

error 3002 i am having an error messege while restoring my iPhone 6 from iTunes on windows 10 error is "the itunes could not restore iPhone an unknown error occurred (3002)

There is. If you did all in the support document, the last line reads:

If you continue to see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you try to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, contact us.

If you contacted Apple, what did they have to say? What did they want you to do?

Thankyou. I’ve done all that, I thought there might be another step when that doesn’t work. Maybe my phone is kaput!
