error 3002

i am having an error messege while restoring my iPhone 6 from iTunes on windows 10 error is "the itunes could not restore iPhone an unknown error occurred (3002)

Look here If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support
