Cloudy / Foggy ring on display

My fiancé's Apple Watch 4, which she got in late October, is starting to show some cloudiness and/or foggy ring around the outer edge of the display. My Apple Watch 4 does not have this. Looking at the pics has anyone experienced this issue and if so how did you resolve it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Your picture suggests the fingerprint resistant oleophobic layer might be worn so the screen tends to pick up greasy smears. Depending how the watch has been used this could be normal wear and tear. If you think it is a manufacturing defect Contact Apple Support
