Purchased Season Episodes not loaded to Itunes Blue Bloods Season 9

I have purchased the season of Blue Bloods Season 9. Itunes has loaded episode 10 but episode 11 an 12 have aired in December and itunes has not loaded them for viewing.

Why does it take so long four tv episodes I have paid for through season pass To show up and load into iTunes I will use what’s happening right now for my example. I am currently watching ”Better Call Saul season 4”. Usually episodes load into iTunes about 12:15 AM pst the morning after they have aired on regular cable and I am sent a notification. Last night was the season finale and it is still not available on iTunes. This is not the first time a season finale has taken longer than usual episodes to show up and sometimes it can take two or three days. It’s very frustrating. Does this happen to everyone? Is this an iTunes issue or is it held up by the provider? WHY?

It's not iTunes/Apple that adds them, it's the TV company/rights-holder that does it - presumably, for some reason, they haven't yet done so.
