Hi there. I purchased a season pass of The Challenge War of the worlds S2 and the last 2 weeks episodes have not been released on iTunes. I have not been able to get any response from Apple support or MTV. Is there anything else I can do?? I am desperate to see my favourite show and considering the price I paid to watch it within hours of airing, this poor customer service is very disappointing.

If so, I would contact iTunes Support.

Then, select Get Support, search for Season Passes and choose an option to contact iTunes Support.

I am right there with you. Just started to catch up on the show and apple subscription service says i purchased and own all 16 episodes but to this day there is still no episode 13 showing. It is pretty sad from a company that’s been in the digital game as long as they have been. They need to get it fixed or offer refunds for the cost of the missing episode.
Unfortunately no. The episodes are not available at all and it’s been over 10 days for ep 13!!
