So, my photos have the little circle in the corner of them and are blurry and I know it’s because of storage but they won’t even load or play videos at all and they are connected to WiFi or on data!!!! How can I get them to load?? Someone pls help me, it’s so frustrating!

If you are running out of storage on your iPhone you have to delte photos and vidoes or thet documents and data. Do not keep a larger library in iCloud than what will fit "optimized" on your iPhone. The optimized versions on your iPhone will need at least 10to 20% of the storage size in iCloud. For example, if you r photos are needing 100GB in iCloud, you my need 20GB stored locally.
