I am just trying to get a refund on an app named "MileIQ" that was really difficult to track down and cancel. My credit card was charged $59. I thought I had cancelled the app and so I went back in yesterday and cancelled it again. I will dispute charges with my bank if I cannot get the help I need. I want to be able to at least justify my reasons for a refund. This is day two of trying to find out how to go about getting a refund.
