First I went to this website and it says I have HD camera with 1280x720 (720p)
Then I recorder a video using Quick Time app that looks just fine to me.

This is on MBA 2017 with High Sierra
It mus be the problem is only with 2018 models.

The question is about if the Facetime camera problem specific to 2018 models.
As demonstrated I do not see it on my 210 MBA.
