Keeper passeord

Hello I got a new phone yesterday and updated my master password for Keeper before I erased my old phone. Now my new password is not recognized and Keeper is not responding. I also changed my secret question so that should help but it is not. To top it off I used a fake email when I set up my Keeper and so I can’t change my password via email. I have used this app for over 5 years with no trouble.

Enter iPhone-passcode loop when changing Apple-ID settings Recently i wanted to change my Apple-ID password so i went into my Apple-ID profile in settings —> password and security —> change password. And here is when the problem starts. It says ”You can change your password with this iPhone since you are logged in to iCloud and have an activated passcode” So it asks me to enter my passcode but when i do it loads for a few seconds then takes me to a new page as if i passed the passcode entry but the same window apears. Its a loop of the same window apearing every time. (If i type in the wrong passcode it gently shakes and asks me to try again) Same thing happens if i try to change the email account linked to my Apple-ID.

Unfortunately, I don’t think there is anything you can do then. In the future, don’t use a fake email for an account that holds important data.
