I cannot download apps even if they are free
When I try to download free apps it shows a message saying payment verification is needed, although I have no payment

You need a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank.

Until you do, you cannot download or update apps.
Note: Free apps and updates are still free with a valid payment info.
I’ve tried to use my visa debit, but it says it’s invalid, I’ve also tried to use my PayPal but that also says it’s invalid
