A couple days ago I noticed that the alphabetical order of some songs are wrong, like:
the iPhone put in the E section a song that starts with L.
I tried to change from title order to artist order, but nothing... I even tried to restart the iPhone, nothing even in this case.
What should I do??

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand from your post that your songs are not appearing in alphabetical order by song titled on your iOS device. Just to be sure, if you navigate to Settings > Music > Sort Songs & Albums, do you have this set by Title? If not, go ahead and make this change and go back to the Music app and see they appear order there. You can find this and other display & navigations options for the Music app listed in the following User Guide:
