keyboard issue with iphone 6s

Most likely the digitizer is bad on your screen, click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page.

You can try restarting your iPhone or doing a forced restart (press and hold the home and power buttons, wait until the Apple logo appears, let go of the buttons.) You do not need to try 3 times with 5 minute resting periods, that is just silly. And it also has nothing to do with Apple slowing your iPhone down which is also silly.

So that may be for a variety of reasons as I will list here as well as solutions:

1. Restart your phone (try at least 3 times with 5 minutes resting periods)
2. Update your iOS
3. Reset settings: go to settings > general > reset (at the bottom) > click reset all settings (it won't lose any data, just change the settings back to normal)
4. Or you could follow the same steps as above but reset your phone entirely to factory setting (reset all content and settings) (this will erase all your data)
5. Get it checked out if nothing is solving it, it may just be getting old because Apple may or may not be trying to get your phone to slow down so that you buy another one.
