Can't add app to accessibility permissions

I can't add accessibility permissions to any app. It is required to run Magnet app.

This is caused by corruption of /Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db, which is the privacy database. On my system this seems to occur with some regularity. removing the TCC.db file and restarting will fix the problem, although there is probably a more elegant solution.
