No double click in Safari.

Can't double click in Safari to create a new folder, delete folder, change folder name, etc. Mouse can double click to perform other functions on the Mac under Mojave.

Actually the solution was so simple that I didn't want to appear too stupid by mentioning it. Earlier on I was trying to solve the problem of continually being disconnected from my bluetooth that I removed the mouse device from Systems Preferences/bluetooth. I then restarted my machine and added the mouse device back to Bluetooth settings. What I didn't know is that the system had removed the right-click option from my mouse in System Preferences. Once I restored that in the Mouse settings, all returned to normal. Now if I could only stop the bluetooth connection to my mouse from dropping every couple of minutes! I thought/hoped Mojave would resolve the issue. But, no...
