Video

I have an iPhone 8 and I screen recorded a video. I went back to my video and deleted it, and because I have no more iCloud space it says "Your iCloud storage is full. You will not be able to recover it from Recently Deleted. Delete immediately". I deleted the video, and I've realized I need it. Is there a way to recover the video?

did you look in the recently deleted folder in photos?

If it is not on iCloud or in that folder, it is gone.
