I wanted to make sure this was a scam to get my info . I got the email below stating I bought something through iTunes . Luckily I don’t have a valid credit card stored there. In order to “cancel” this order it asked for all my personal info . I have changed my Apple ID password . I wanted to make sure I will not be getting charged and that you are aware of this scam . I also want to verify this was not apple.

We are fellow users, these are user forums - and it's not a good idea to post images that contain your email address on a public forum, unless you like spam emails.
It's an obvious phishing email (e.g. it doesn't have the billing address from the account) , you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
