Apple TV - No network detected after a power failure (wired as well)

After a power failure my Apple TV's (4 and 4k) receive an IP from the router, local streaming is working, but all apps show a No Network Detected message.

This is happening only on the apple tv's, wired and wireless. The network is fine and all other devices are connected to the internet.

The only solution i found so far is to reset them Apple TV (wiping everything on it).

This is happening every time the Apple TV is losing power.

Any idea?

Thanks,

The power failures happened just recently because of a difficult weather, but its not common thing.

Because the device gets an IP from the router, and local streaming works, there is something else that is causing this.

I think its got something to do with region or matching the video settings to the region, because i did manage once to fix this by toggling between regions and restarting and at some point it got the internet back.

I'm still trying to figure out.

Thanks.
