podcast cover photo, already resized what next

I'm re doing my podcast and trying to get it onto iTunes in new state, I reduced the size of an image from 4646kb to 86kb and now 400x265 pixels but still iTunes is saying too big, where am I going wrong? I would really like to keep that image.

Update iTunes podcast image There have been a number of posts regarding this issue that I have reviewed but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong in updating the image for the School Psyched Podcast (http://feeds.feedburner.com/PodcastsSchoolPsychedPodcast which pulls from https://schoolpsychedpodcast.wordpress.com/category/podcasts/feed/). Previous answers have indicated that the image needs to be at least 1400x1400, so I made the image larger. From what I can tell, the RSS feed is putting out the full-sized image (https://schoolpsychedpodcast.files.wordpress.com/2019/07/logo1440.png?fit=3000%2C3000) as opposed to a cropped one. Any thoughts?

Postcast image not uploading Hi I'm quite new to all this. When my podcast got validated the podcast logo got rejected, so I changed it to the right sizes and requirements which got it approved, but it hasn't uploaded and I cannot see it under iTunes connect anymore. The picture is 1700X1700 and 942kb in size - it was just told to be less than 1mb. What am I doing wrong? This is the feed URL provided by Podbean https://feed.podbean.com/herlugterlidtafjul/feed.xml

It's ok I read it properly between 1400-3000px and less than 500kb and used free service get funky photo resizer, now pending! Horaaaaay!!
