microscratches on back of phone after repair

Just got my iPhone X back from a battery and screen replacement, but when I got home I noticed countless micro-scratches all over the back of the phone that were not there before. I have always treated my phone like a child and have always had a case on it, so there would be no way that I caused the scratches, especially since there were none before I dropped off my phone. Will Apple compensate for this or is there nothing I can do?

do deeper scratches on glass back affect iphone SE2020 's functionality? Hello, I've just bought a refurbished iphone SE2020 and it has a deep-ishscratch on the back. I don't mind living with the scratch, i paid for a phone with "good" not "nearly new" wear and tear, but I want to be sure that a deeper scratch wont affect the phone's functionality, or spread to a point where it will then cause problems. Ive photographed the scratch but can't see a way to attach to this thread but it runs from bottom RHS/ non lense side of phone, across to the rubbish bin symbol. Iphone 13 pro max durability My iphone 13 pro max is just 5weeks old. Im so confused and wondered that there so many scratches on the metal frame on the right side of the phone. Why is that? Are we again fooled by the metal frames by its shiny and glossy finish? I want to ask same question to apple employee who would see this question at any chance.
