Slow Download Speed on Macbook Pro

In the last week my torrent download speeds have dropped to 12KB/S

This is not a issue with my server. Online test show my download speed is Fast - 21MB/S

This is also a recurring issue when I change to my work wifi so therefore I conclude the issue is within my laptop. Drive has loads of memory space left and rest of computer seems to be running fine, not sluggish.

Any ideas ?

MacBook Air running slow My laptop is running slow when using the internet. I have other brand laptops as well and they are running fast. I deleted files that I didn't need and any other document I didn't need on my laptop and updated the laptop and it's still running slow.

macOS EXTREMELY SLOW update download speed I am currently running macOS Big Sur v11.2.3 and trying to download/install updates. It has been 2 days and its only downloaded 23.6MB out of 5.70GB This seems unreasonably slow and I would assume Apple would have more bandwidth than this on their servers. I've already tried cancelling the update and starting it over. I've also tried restarting my computer. No matter what I do the update is downloading extremely slow. I've run a speed test on the computer itself and I am getting the expected 300Mbps as provided by my ISP. At this point I have no idea how I can get this to finish downloading in a reasonable time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
