I cannot make call through my Apple Watch 4

I am not able to make call through my watch. I can receive calls but when i call , apple sign comes and thats it.

Try a reset on your Apple Watch. (Hold the crown and side button together until you see the Apple logo, then release both). If that doesn't work, call Apple Support.
