I visited a video and my store changed to spanish but i have money so i cant change it back. Please help

I wanted to download a app but my store changed but because i have credits i cant change it and i can t spend the credits i have 0,95 euros but i cant download a app to spend the credits what do i do i cant make a new one because this is my main account.

App store Hello, I did something and changed my App store to the US store and now as I am trying to change it back to the Finnish one it is literally impossible. I should use all the credits left on my account but I only have 0,63 cents and literally nothing costs that little money. Also even if something did cost that little money I would not be able to purchase anything because before purchasing I would have to change my store to the finnish one which I can’t do because I would have to spend the leftover money which I also cannot do. I had the Russian iTunes Store, but I moved to Spain Hi! I have iphone 6s and i had Russian appStore. I moved to Spain and today i wanted to download app but it exists only in Spanish account, so it asked me if i want to change. I said yes. But then everything stopped work. It wrote that i can't use appStore and appleMusic bc it's for russian account, but i can't switch store while i have subscription, but appleMusic ends only in the end of July. hello . how I must use iTunes ? if I change payment card, and lives place Your account is not valid for use in the Latvian store. You must switch to the Icelandic store before purchasing. how I must change. thanks
