Garage Band alternatives for Windows 10

I recently got a Windows laptop. Before I did, though, I had a 2009 MacBook. As semi-usable as it was, it did have Garage Band. I really like the UI and how I connected my keyboard (musical) to it, and I could have it sound like a Steinway when I played it through the computer.

Basically, my question is this: are there any similar programs that I could use on Windows 10 for "plug and play" recording and music making that are like Garage Band? I can still use the MacBook if I need to, but it is not my main computer anymore, so having a replacement would be nice.

And, like Garage Band, programs that are free would be the best, as I do not need it for professional use, so paying hundreds for a program would make no sense.
