How to Delete a Duplicate accessory on my Home app???

I just set up a brand new WeMo mini plug on my iPhone and now my home app is showing the plug i set up and also a duplicate of the same plug. How can I delete the duplicate?

I tried that method but when I press and hold the duplicated accessory, then tap Settings, then scroll to the bottom...there isn’t any option to select “Remove Accessory”.

However, I ended up doing a factory reset on the WeMo Mini Plug and that that eliminated it from my Home app.
