how do I install Apps on my external SSD SanDisk 500Gb to save space my local SSD

I'm looking for procedures to install App I'm gonna download from App Store on my external SSD.

So keeping free space on my local SSD 256 Gb, and be runnning apps on my SSD. Thanks!!

FWIW, you would be better off moving personal data off your machine

on to the external drive as that is more likely the large use of your

'internal storage. The vast majority of apps downloaded from the

MacApp Store are not that massive.


You likely have large music or video libraries which take up much of

your space. Just select your user directory and do a "Get Info..." on

it and see.
