Is it possible to link a table from a Numbers document into a Pages document? I would like to be able to make changes to a table within a Numbers document and have those changes appear in the Pages document.

You could pull this off with Pages '09 v4.3 and Numbers '09 v2.3. Anything newer does not support what you want to do, and you should copy/paste between Numbers, and Pages of equal minor version (e.g. Numbers v5.3 and Pages v7.3).
