Sleep mode

Using iPhone 6s, Auto-lock is set to 3 minutes. I'd like to keep the phone on the lock screen for that length of time too, but once on lock screen it goes black in ten seconds. How can I change that behavior?

Remove "Sleep Well" from iPhone Lock Screen After deleting all alarms and schedules, sleep well continues to show on lock screen with Do Not Disturb.
