Perhaps, but likely not. Water damage shorts out components and causes corrosion so it is very likely your screen is dead because other things in your device are also fried. Typically with water damage on highly integrated devices like an iPhone, the only real fix is to replace the device.
The only official repair option available for a liquid damaged phone is complete replacement of the phone.
