Ipad mini 4
I just got an ipad mini 4. I cannot get it to connect with my computer. The message that I get is “itunes cannot connect with this ipad. An unknown error occurred.

Is your iTunes up to date?
Also, give your ipad a reboot and give the computer a restart. Sometimes with my mini the USB port effectively gets turned off, but forcing the ipad to reboot by holding down the sleep and home keys for 20 seconds or so (until you see the silver apple) allows it to restart again.
