Hi. Yet months, as I use the iPhone X. On the screen appeared a green spot. What should be done in this case ?

This sounds like an issue with the display panel of your device, and may require you to replace the screen. It is best you book an appointment at an Apple Genius bar at your nearest Apple Retail store and they will evaluate the device for you.
