Itunes vouchers
I tried to redeem an itune voucher on my phone, through the camera option, but it would freeze, and then i would try again and it say ‘this code had already been redeemed’ , but i don’t have any credit?

Try logging out and back into the account and see if its balance updates. If it doesn't, contact iTunes Support with images of the card and its receipt : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
