I forgot my password to my locked notes, is there ANY way you can remove that password?

I have all of my passwords and account information in ONE note that is locked with a password, I used to just use my touchID to get in but now I just got a new phone and it is asking me for the password and I can't remember it. I need to figure out a way to remove the password from that note.
