Classroom App not showing student devices

Classroom version 2.2 is not working properly in several classrooms at my school site. All devices show as being offline, even when they are connected and previously we could see their screens. On settings, they show as being signed into the classroom, their bluetooth is activated, their airdrop is on and set to "Everyone" All software has been updated.

What else can I try?

iPad Pro does not see Bluetooth devices trying to pair I replaced my iPad recently and several of my Bluetooth devices will not connect to the new (same model iPad Pro) iPad. Additionally, these devices are not showing up on the Bluetooth search on the iPad even though the device is in pairing mode. The iPad does see other devices and can pair. Any ideas?

bluetooth devices are not being found in ipad pro 2nd gen. I am not finding any Bluetooth devices on iPad Pro 2nd gen. When I go to Bluetooth it shows devices and it is just spinning. I have tried turning iPad off and on, turning Bluetooth off and on, and turning airplane mode off and on. I was gifted an iPad pencil 3rd gen and it does not pair. HELP
