IPad Pro locked out

I started setting up my new Ipad pro yesterday and today when i turned it on to finish setting it up, it said enter passcode? Well being I haven't finished setting it up I didn't enter a passcode yet. But the ipad pro says i did.. so without it showing up on icloud for me to erase it and not toggle to access it through itunes what can I do?
