Safari problem

I get a pop up stating “congratulations you have won....”. How do I get rid of this persistent problem?

macOS


Click  menu in the menu bar,

hold the  shift key on the keyboard down and choose “Force Quit Safari” from the dropdown.

    Safari will quit.

 Launch Safari holding the shift key down.


iOS

2. Clear history and website data from Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201265
