Got an email from Apple saying this.... that’s not even my name or address and I live In Canada .... I’ve sent it to... reportphishing@apple.com

Sketchy mails, are they real? I’ve received a weird email that says someone used my acc in Israel, I’ve been getting random emails from apple frequently this week. Is this an apple email or a scam? no-reply71023250@email2.appsupport.com I also got a weird billing saying I payed for a premium app that I have absolutely not purchased
